Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Applied Concepts Limited (ACL) (“ACL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) endeavour to keep our services safe for you and us. These Terms apply to all your activities on the ACL's website, web / cloud and mobile applications, our APIs, and other related services (“Services”).

Pricing
The prices for our services start from ₹150 to maximum ₹15000. The prices may be updated from time to time and published for a variety of services we provide.
On specific promotions and sales we announce from time to time, our services are available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to the services will be the price at the time of your purchase of our services (at checkout).
Payments
For services purchased, you agree to authorize us to charge for the services opted via the payment mode chosen such as debit / credit card or net banking / UPI, etc. ACL uses third party payment service providers to realise payments made by you. Once the payment is completed successfully and amount is received by ACL, an automated receipt is generated in your favour and the amount is credited to your account with us for usage of our services.
Your access to our services will be automatically suspended once the credit for the prescribed services is exhausted, Services shall be resumed automatically for your use once the payment is made by you and the amount is received by us.
Refunds and Refund Credits
You can alter or completely cancel services opted by you during original purchase of the services and you can request for the same, within 7 days of your purchase. ACL shall apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased our services, and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 7-day time limit has passed. However, if the purchased services are disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 7-day limit. The right to refund beyond the 7-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud is reserved by ACL.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on our website. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.
