Onsite Placement of Skilled Manpower

On specific demands, ACL can provide onsite manpower to the overseas company. The domains where the manpower is required and the skill areas to be specialized in, will be specified by the overseas company.

The manpower will be interviewed on phone or in person by the overseas company before being placed onsite.

The overseas company pays for such services on manhour basis to ACL. This model is typically a Time and Material model.

This is in contrast to the talent pool model where the selected manpower resides in India and the overseas company is in control of technical management.
